This module is about discovering your personality styles by taking the assessment. We will explore why personality, what it is, and the role of your Emotional quotient. By being aware of personality styles you can improve your EQ and your relationship with others.

Module 01 : Understanding Each Personality Style

This module will discuss each personality and their core values, how they view risk, make decisions, and their different motivations and approaches to communicating. It’s critical for leaders to know their salespeople and for salespeople to understand the styles of their customers.

Module 02 : Understanding the Four People Personality Styles

This module describes the characteristics of each of the Four People Personality Styles, their strengths, their differences and similarities, and how they manage conflict.

Module 03 : How Leaders can Identify & Connect with the Four People Personality Styles

This module addresses the characteristics of each of the Four People Personality Styles as it relates to better connecting with your team based on their needs. Understanding each Style also helps you to motivate and show empathy resulting in stronger relationships and team dynamics.

Module 04 : Understanding the Strengths and Weaknesses of each Personality Style

This module addresses the strengths and weaknesses of the Four Personality Styles. It also discusses the differences between the left and right brain and what’s most important to each side of the brain. We also address how to manage objections based on the left and right brain dominance.

Module 05 : Effective Selling to each Personality Style

This module addresses how to identify the Personality Style of your prospect/clients. It also discusses their selling style versus their buying style, how to create a strategic approach to each personality style, and how you can gain commitment to move forward in the sales process.

Module 06 : How to Use Personality Styles to be a Better Sales Coach

This module helps you to better manage conflict and deliver an effective coaching session. You will also learn the best practices for sales coaching and the impact of successful coaching on your team.

Module 07 : Implementing Personality Style Strategies for Success

This module is about implementing the program to gain buy-in up and down the organization. It covers the Personality-Centric Selling process along with the proper agenda for conducting a performance review. We also address personality style tendencies.
